Recently, supplying 3 sets SFZ-10000/35 and 1 set SF-20000/121 transformers for hydropower and photovoltaic (PV) renewable energy plants in Kyrgyzstan—jointly executed through a deep partnership between our company and industry leader TBEA—was successfully completed. Facing multiple challenges—including extremely tight delivery schedules, rigorous production standards, and the simultaneous manufacturing of diverse product types—we mobilized resources urgently, tackled technical hurdles across the board, and established a "green channel" for production. In less than two months, we efficiently completed the customized manufacturing, quality inspection, and shipment of all transformers. All equipment has now arrived at the project site in Kyrgyzstan, passed installation and commissioning, and been officially energized, providing a solid power infrastructure foundation for local clean energy development.
Our partner, TBEA Co., Ltd., is a top-tier national high-tech enterprise and a large-scale, comprehensive energy equipment manufacturing group. With decades of experience in power transmission, transformation, and new energy, TBEA ranks among the top of China’s electrical industry and the global "Top 500 Machinery Enterprises." The company possesses full-chain manufacturing and system integration capabilities across all voltage levels for power transmission and transformation. Its business spans strategic sectors such as high-end intelligent energy equipment manufacturing, PV new energy, and new materials, with products and engineering services reaching over 40 countries and regions worldwide.
TBEA has long been deeply involved in energy infrastructure projects across "Belt and Road" countries. It boasts extensive experience and mature technical systems in overseas hydropower, PV, and power transmission/transformation engineering, serving as a leading benchmark for Chinese power equipment companies expanding globally. For this Kyrgyzstan new energy project, TBEA oversaw the overall design, general contracting, and implementation. As the core equipment supplier, we were fully responsible for the R&D, production, and delivery of the project-specific transformers. This powerful partnership ensured the high-standard execution of this key overseas project.

This export project for Kyrgyzstan encompasses two major new energy sectors—small hydropower stations and photovoltaic (PV) plants. The equipment required adaptation to high-altitude overseas operating conditions, necessitating specialized manufacturing processes and complex production workflows. Furthermore, the project faced a fixed overseas construction window and an extremely tight delivery schedule that standard production cycles could not meet.
To ensure the progress of the overseas project and honor our contractual commitments, we immediately activated a special contingency plan for key overseas projects and opened a "green channel" for production. The company coordinated a joint effort across technical, production, procurement, quality control, and logistics departments to optimize production scheduling and prioritize the allocation of core production lines and technical personnel. Our supply chain team coordinated with upstream and downstream partners to expedite the procurement of specialized raw materials and core components, eliminating material-related delays. The technical team proactively resolved engineering challenges related to Central Asia's climate and provided on-site supervision throughout the production process. Meanwhile, the quality control department implemented a dual-standard inspection system—adhering to both domestic industry standards and overseas project acceptance criteria—ensuring that accelerated production did not compromise quality or standards.
United in purpose and working overtime to overcome challenges, our team significantly compressed the production cycle. In less than two months, we successfully completed the production, testing, and quality inspection of all transformers and executed the bulk shipment on schedule and to specification, setting a record for rapid delivery in this category of overseas new energy transformer projects.
Following shipment, we closely monitored cross-border logistics and tracked the transport status throughout the journey to ensure the equipment arrived safely and undamaged at the project site in Kyrgyzstan. Upon arrival, we collaborated with the general contractor to carry out supporting tasks, including equipment hoisting, wiring, and commissioning. All transformer equipment has now been fully installed and commissioned, successfully connected to the grid, and put into operation. The equipment is performing stably and meeting all specifications, perfectly matching local needs for hydropower and photovoltaic (PV) power generation. This project effectively enhances the stability of the regional power grid and the capacity to integrate clean energy, thereby supporting the upgrading of Kyrgyzstan's green energy industry.
The successful delivery and smooth commissioning of these hydropower and PV projects in Kyrgyzstan once again demonstrate our company's efficient project execution capabilities, superior product quality, and exceptional service standards. It also stands as a significant achievement resulting from our long-term, in-depth strategic partnership with TBEA. Leveraging the platform advantages of industry-leading enterprises, we continue to cultivate a strong presence in overseas energy markets along the "Belt and Road," focusing on power equipment for new energy sectors such as hydropower, photovoltaics, and wind power.
Looking ahead, we remain committed to a development philosophy that prioritizes quality and successful project delivery. We will continue to optimize production processes, enhance our technological innovation capabilities, deepen strategic partnerships with industry leaders, and expand our reach into overseas markets such as Central Asia and Southeast Asia. Through reliable transformer products and efficient project services, we aim to support global new energy infrastructure development and continue to showcase the strength of China's intelligent manufacturing in the power equipment sector.
