We have successfully completed the design, manufacturing, full testing and smooth shipment of two key transformers — OSFSZ-90000/110 and SFZ-30000/110 — for the Chile SE POZO ALMONTE Substation Project. As a core upgrading initiative of Chile's national power grid, this project features extremely stringent technical specifications, especially industry-leading seismic resistance requirements, marking another high-standard overseas energy equipment breakthrough for the company in South America.

Chile is located in a high-intensity seismic zone, placing ultra-high demands on the stability, safety and seismic performance of power grid equipment. To fully adapt to local extreme operating conditions and meet dual standards of IEC international standards and specialized Chilean seismic technical requirements, our team launched in-depth and repeated technical communication and design seminars with project partner I-Sep throughout the early stage. Focusing on structural optimization, anti-seismic reinforcement and adaptive parameter calibration, we continuously refined the product design scheme, effectively solving technical difficulties in equipment stability under high-seismic working conditions, and delivering customized high-reliability transformer solutions for the project.

This project is backed by ENGIE, a world-renowned global energy enterprise. With over 150 years of industrial heritage, ENGIE operates in 30 countries worldwide with 98,000 employees, specializing in low-carbon energy production, energy infrastructure operation and comprehensive energy solutions, and plays a pivotal role in promoting global energy transition and grid upgrading. Adhering to rigorous global project management and quality assessment standards, ENGIE arranged professional on-site engineers to participate in the entire factory acceptance test (FAT) of the transformers. With full-process strict quality control implemented during production, all products passed the acceptance inspection at the first attempt with excellent performance indicators, fully recognizing our product quality and manufacturing strength by both the partner I-Sep and the end-client ENGIE.

From precise customized design, iterative technical demonstration, standardized intelligent manufacturing to one-pass official acceptance, the project fully embodies our professional technical accumulation and rigorous quality system. The smooth shipment of the two transformers lays a solid foundation for the subsequent on-site installation, commissioning and stable operation of the POZO ALMONTE Substation Project. Moving forward, we will continue to uphold high-standard manufacturing concepts, deeply explore the South American energy market, and contribute high-quality power equipment and reliable technical support to local grid construction and energy upgrading.
