Recently, our company collaborated closely with TBEA—a leading enterprise in the energy equipment sector—to complete the supply of transformer equipment for the Kopsai Hydropower Project in Kyrgyzstan. Facing multiple challenges, including a tight schedule, complex manufacturing processes, and rigorous quality standards for overseas projects, we coordinated resources and overcame obstacles to complete the manufacturing and delivery of all equipment on time and to high-quality standards. This provided solid equipment support for the steady progress of this key overseas hydropower project.

As a benchmark enterprise in China's energy equipment sector, TBEA is a large-scale, state-level high-tech group dedicated to providing green, smart energy system solutions globally. The company possesses comprehensive manufacturing and system integration capabilities across the entire power transmission and distribution industry chain; its products—including transformers, switchgear, and cables—cover all voltage levels. With operations spanning over 40 countries and regions, TBEA supplies critical equipment for major projects such as UHV (Ultra-High Voltage) transmission, large-scale hydropower, and new energy initiatives, serving as a key force in exporting Chinese equipment. For the Kopsai Hydropower Project, TBEA acted as a major partner coordinating the overall project execution, while our company undertook the customized manufacturing of the transformer equipment.

Transformer model supplied for this project is OSFSZ-125000/230, totaling 2 sets.  This batch of equipment was specially designed to meet the unique operating conditions of the Central Asian hydropower station. The products required advanced manufacturing techniques and complex production processes. Coupled with a very tight delivery schedule, the project demanded excellence in production planning, component sourcing, and quality control. To ensure the project stayed on track, we quickly established a dedicated project team to coordinate production, engineering, procurement, and quality inspection. The production department optimized workflows and efficiently allocated resources; the procurement department coordinated the supply chain to ensure the timely arrival of critical components; the technical team monitored complex manufacturing steps and resolved technical issues in real-time; and the quality inspection department strictly enforced inspection standards throughout the process to guarantee product quality. The entire project team worked overtime in close coordination, overcoming tight schedules and technical challenges to drive production forward at full speed.

During the project's execution, Sadyrov Alpbek, CEO of the Kopsai Hydropower Station visited our manufacturing facility. They toured the production workshops to inspect equipment manufacturing, processing, and assembly procedures, gaining a detailed understanding of our production workflows, quality control systems, and project progress. Our plant management held discussions with the client, covering technical specifications, on-site installation and maintenance, and after-sales support. The client highly commended our manufacturing capabilities, technical expertise, and ability to fulfill project commitments.

Upon completion of manufacturing, project engineers traveled to the factory to conduct the factory acceptance test (FAT). Adhering to international standards and the project's technical agreement, the inspection team rigorously verified the transformers' performance metrics, test data, and workmanship. Following comprehensive type tests and routine factory tests, all equipment successfully passed acceptance, with every parameter meeting the project's technical requirements.

Following successful acceptance, we organized the loading and shipment of the equipment, ensuring its safe transport to the Kopsai Hydropower Station construction site in Kyrgyzstan.

This successful delivery marks a significant achievement in our collaboration with TBEA to expand into overseas energy markets, demonstrating our robust transformer manufacturing capabilities and efficient project execution. Moving forward, we remain committed to the power equipment manufacturing sector, continuously strengthening technological innovation and quality control. We will deepen partnerships with industry leaders and actively participate in "Belt and Road" energy projects, providing reliable, high-quality transformer equipment for key domestic and international projects and helping Chinese power equipment gain global recognition.
