KYN28A‑12 HIGH‑VOLTAGE METAL‑CLAD WITHDRAWABLE SWITCHGEAR is an indoor complete three‑phase AC 50 Hz power distribution assembly. It is used for receiving and distributing electrical energy of 3.6‑12 kV power network, as well as controlling, protecting and monitoring circuits. This switchgear complies with requirements of GB 3906, DL 404 and IEC 298 standards. It is equipped with “five‑prevention” functions, namely preventing mis‑operation of circuit‑breaker, preventing withdrawing/inserting truck under load, preventing closing earthing switch when live, preventing energizing circuit while earthing switch is closed, and preventing access to live compartment. It is compatible with ZN63A (VSI) vacuum circuit‑breaker as well as imported VD4 vacuum circuit‑breaker.

PRODUCT FEATURES

1. Cabinet structure is assembled from aluminium‑zinc coated steel sheets by multiple bending processes.
2. Fully metal‑clad and completely compartmentalized.
3. All equipment operations can be performed with cabinet doors closed.
4. Simple and effective interlocking to avoid mis‑operation.
5. High cabinet enclosure tightness prevents ingress of foreign matters and pests, with protection degree IP4X.
6. Compatible with ZN63A (VSI) and imported VD4 vacuum circuit‑breakers.
7. Easy circuit‑breaker replacement with good truck interchangeability.
8. Wall‑mountable cabinet with front‑side maintenance to reduce floor space occupation.
9. Secondary wiring is laid in spacious wiring ducts for convenient wiring work.
10. Sufficient space in cable chamber for connecting multiple cables.
11. Installation status inside cable chamber can be easily observed through front panel door.
12. Quick earthing switch is applied for earthing and circuit short‑circuiting.

APPLICATION FIELDS

Service conditions conform to relevant provisions of GB/T 11022‑1999 Common specifications for high‑voltage switchgear and controlgear standards, and it is applicable for test sites with condensation and pollution.
