Product Brief

YB□‑12 type prefabricated substation is a complete‑set product assembled with switchgear, transformer and low‑voltage electrical equipment. It serves as power transformation and distribution equipment for urban buildings, residential communities, small‑and‑medium‑sized factories, mines, oil fields and other power‑consuming sectors. It features high integration, small footprint, compact structure, high reliability, minimal on‑site installation workload, short construction period and good mobility. It can be used as terminal power‑supply equipment for radial power grids, and may be equipped with intelligent measurement and control devices to realize remote telemetry. By adjusting its appearance and color to match surroundings, this new‑type complete‑set equipment can also beautify the environment.

Product Features

  1. The design complies with requirements of GB/T 17467‑2010 and GB/T 8754‑2007.
  2. The high‑voltage power‑supply system supports ring‑network power supply, terminal power supply, dual‑source power supply and other modes, and can be customized upon user requirements. High‑voltage metering components can be fitted to meet high‑voltage metering demands. The high‑voltage cabinet provides multiple protections against transformer short‑circuit, overload and other faults.
  3. Either oil‑immersed or dry‑type transformer is optional for the transformer compartment. Room‑temperature monitoring device and self‑starting ventilation‑cooling device can be installed as required.
  4. According to user requirements, the low‑voltage compartment can adopt panel‑mounted cabinet structure to form customized power‑supply schemes. Outgoing circuits can also be tailor‑made. Moulded‑case circuit breakers are equipped in the low‑voltage compartment, and air‑circuit breakers are optional upon request, providing full‑range protection against overload and short‑circuit for transformers and user‑side equipment.
  5. Fixed‑type installation is adopted for high‑voltage / low‑voltage complete‑set assemblies and the transformer. Man‑holes and operation space are reserved inside the substation for convenient installation and maintenance.
  6. The high‑voltage and low‑voltage compartments adopt well‑organized layout with comprehensive anti‑mis‑operation interlock functions. Components inside feature reliable performance and easy operation. Operating status can be directly observed and operated via meters and indicator lamps on cabinet panels for clear status indication.
  7. Landscape‑style appearance is available upon user request with enclosure color harmonized with surrounding environment for environmental beautification. Intelligent integrated measurement‑and‑control devices (comprehensive protection or relay protection) can be configured to support remote monitoring and operation.
