YBW‑series box‑type substation is a complete‑set power distribution equipment composed of high‑voltage switchgear, power transformer, low‑voltage switchgear, intelligent control equipment, connecting components and auxiliary devices. It is specially applied for various urban buildings, roads and building power‑consuming facilities. It can be configured for ring‑network power supply or used as terminal power‑supply equipment for radial power grids. 1. The design complies with GB/T 17467‑2010 High‑/low‑voltage Prefabricated Substations and GB/T 8754‑2007 (JB/T 8754‑2007 Method for Model Compilation of High‑voltage Switchgear and Controlgear).
2. The high‑voltage power‑supply system supports ring‑network power supply, terminal power supply, dual‑source power supply and other modes and can be customized for users. High‑voltage metering components can be fitted to meet high‑voltage metering requirements. The high‑voltage cabinet provides multiple protections against transformer short‑circuit, overload and other faults.
3. Either oil‑immersed transformer or dry‑type transformer is optional for the transformer compartment. Room‑temperature monitoring device and self‑starting ventilation‑cooling device can be installed as required.
4. According to user requirements, the low‑voltage compartment adopts panel‑mounted cabinet structure to form customized power‑supply schemes. Outgoing circuits can also be tailor‑made. Moulded‑case circuit breakers are equipped in the low‑voltage compartment, and air‑circuit breakers are optional upon request, providing full‑range protection against overload and short‑circuit for transformers and user‑side equipment.
5. Fixed‑type installation is adopted for high‑voltage and low‑voltage complete‑set assemblies as well as transformers. Man‑holes and operation space are reserved inside the substation for convenient installation and maintenance.
6. The high‑voltage and low‑voltage compartments adopt reasonable layout with comprehensive anti‑mis‑operation interlock functions for flexible performance. All selected components feature reliable performance and easy operation. Operating status can be directly observed and operated via meters and indicators on cabinet panels for clear status indication.
7. With attractive appearance, the European‑style box‑type substation can be customized into landscape‑style appearance according to user preferences. The enclosure color can be well harmonized with surrounding environment for environmental embellishment and beautification.
8. Intelligent integrated measurement and control devices (comprehensive protection or relay protection) can be configured upon user requirements to realize remote monitoring and operation.
