As a high-standard national grid project, the substation construction imposes extremely strict technical and quality requirements on power equipment. The transformer is strictly developed in full compliance with IEC international standards and official Chilean grid technical specifications, with targeted structural optimization for local extreme operating conditions including high altitude and high seismic intensity, ensuring excellent operational stability and environmental adaptability. Throughout the entire production cycle, SEC implemented comprehensive full-process quality control and standardized manufacturing management. During the factory acceptance stage, professional electrical engineers from the client CGE conducted on-site inspection and verification. Benefiting from refined production control and reliable product performance, the transformer successfully passed all acceptance items on the first attempt.

The transformer is now fully prepared and ready for upcoming shipment. Upon delivery and on-site commissioning, it will provide stable and reliable core power support for the upgrading and safe operation of Chile's local power grid. This successful project delivery once again verifies SEC's outstanding technical strength in developing and manufacturing high-seismic, high-altitude special transformers. The in-depth cooperation with I-SEP and recognition from CGE further consolidates SEC's brand influence and market advantages in South America’s high-end power grid infrastructure sector.
