The 10 kV rectifier transformer is a special‑purpose transformer with a rated high‑side input voltage of 10 kV. Specially designed for rectifier units, its primary winding is connected to the 10 kV industrial power grid, and its secondary delivers multiple sets of low‑voltage AC outputs, which are converted into DC power by rectifier cabinets. Different from general distribution transformers, it can withstand pulsating current and harmonic surges caused by rectifier loads, and is widely adopted in various industrial DC power supply applications.
Primary voltage: 10 kV ±5% / ±2×2.5% Secondary output: Dual‑winding phase‑shifting (typical: 0.66 kV×2, etc.) Pulse schemes: 6‑pulse, 12‑pulse (mainstream), 24‑pulse Cooling modes: ONAN, ONAF (oil‑immersed); AF, AN (dry‑type) Voltage regulation: Off‑load tap‑changing, on‑load tap‑changing
