Adhering to the vision of "Pamir Light, Silk Road Green Energy", SEC has joined hands with HNAC Technology to deliver reliable power equipment and full lifecycle technical services for a number of landmark energy infrastructure projects in the Pamir Plateau region of Tajikistan. The successful implementation of these overseas projects further consolidates the company’s layout in Central Asia’s new energy and power grid construction markets, contributing solid strength to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road energy initiative.

  As a leading domestic intelligent green energy equipment and solution provider, HNAC Technology focuses on two core business sectors: new energy and environmental protection, with outstanding core competitiveness in segmented industries. The new energy business covering source, grid, load and energy storage serves as its primary revenue source, accounting for 85.96% of the total operating income in 2025. Boasting leading technical strength, the company independently developed China’s first domestic AC excitation variable-speed pumped storage system, filling the domestic technical gap. Its core technologies including large-scale energy storage and microgrid coordinated control technology have reached advanced domestic standards.   Against the backdrop of deepening Sino-Central Asia energy cooperation, HNAC Technology undertakes the EPC general contracting of multiple key power grid upgrading projects in Tajikistan, including the Vomar 110kV Substation and the ongoing Qozideh 110kV Substation. Funded by international institutions including the European Union (EU) and KfW Development Bank, and implemented by Pamir Energy Company, the Vomar Substation project is a core part of Tajikistan’s power infrastructure improvement plan for the Badakhshan region. Supporting facilities include a newly constructed 42-kilometer double-circuit 110kV transmission line connecting Vomar and Voznavd, forming a complete regional power transmission and distribution system.

  All main and distribution transformers for these landmark substation projects are independently designed, manufactured and supplied by SEC. For the completed Vomar 110kV Substation project, SEC delivered 2 sets of SFSZ-4000/110 transformers; for the ongoing Qozideh 110kV Substation project, the company provides 2 sets of SFZ-6300/110 transformers. Beyond single equipment supply, SEC has delivered full-process integrated services including customized design, precision manufacturing, on-site construction, installation and commissioning for numerous local key energy projects, covering VANJ, VOZNAVD and Sebzor hydropower station booster stations, as well as the Vomar 110kV Substation project.

  Located in the high-altitude and complex geographical environment of the Pamir Plateau, these projects pose extremely high requirements on equipment stability, environmental adaptability and operational safety. SEC’s transformer products have successfully withstood the test of extreme plateau working conditions. The stable and reliable operation of the equipment has not only won full recognition from partners and owners, but also received high praise from the President of Tajikistan, fully demonstrating SEC’s excellent product quality and strong EPC supporting capabilities in complex overseas environments.
